How long does delivery take?

Your order will be processed on business days. The total delivery time is 4–8 business days (including production and shipping). International orders (US, UK, etc.) are produced and shipped from the nearest local facility, also within 4–8 business days. You will receive a tracking code once your order has shipped.
Can I return my order?

Our products are custom-made for you. Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products. We therefore do not accept returns based on personal preference. Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us within 30 days via contact@cnmatei.com with a photo and your order number — we will resolve this free of charge.
