RETURN POLICY
Return period — 30 days
At CNMATEI you have 30 days to return your order from the day you received it. This is broader than the legal minimum of 14 days that applies to distance purchases under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to request a return
Contact us at contact@cnmatei.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you instructions for returning your product.
Conditions for return
- The product must be undamaged, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must not have been damaged through use.
- Products should be returned in the original packaging where possible.
Print-on-Demand products
Our products are made to order (print-on-demand). Under BW Book 6:230p and EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications.
As long as products are offered as standard pre-designed items and are not individually personalised by the customer, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return window, provided the product is in undamaged and unworn condition.

Defective or incorrect products
Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will resolve this free of charge through repair or replacement.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 5 days via the original payment method.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
